I had a busy and tiring week this week. After a relaxing Tuesday, the rest of the week made me exhausted..damn work. But, I guess it wasn't all bad...
On Wednesday I got into work and to my surprise Mel was working! Hooray! Finally someone other than an aunty to talk to =D She just made my day. We had a new worker in as well...a tubby asian guy, who later I found was the son of one of the aunties. I didn't talk to him much, it was just weird to see a guy working there. I wonder if he felt alienated. Work went by at a steady pace, I was happy to get home...gah...2 more days of work to go. At night went to dorky's place and watched Iron Chef America...it's an awesome show. We watched the Food channel for a while before I went home to sleeeeeeeep.
Thursday...OMG...work was so busy I felt like fainting. I didn't stop taking orders for 3 hours straight as well as washing dishes and taking out food orders continuosly. It was the busiest that I have ever been...damn Target for having a sale =( My boss let me off half and hour early...thank God. Bf and me went night shopping at Carousel...we didn't buy much at all, I guess we just wanted to walk around...alot of teeny gangs occupy Carousel now, it's funny and a bit scary at the same time...wouldn't want to get in their way. Security there has also increased big time. Anyway met up with the girls at bbt at the usual hangout place and chatted for a good while. We talked about eyebrows, contacts, S, S and S and lots more of other people. We also saw Heston come in with a mystery girl (we could only see the back of her), they were hugging and holding hands...then to our biggest shock, the girl turned around and she ended up being Christina Low...like OMG..those two together...it's just weird. Number one, what was she thinking by going out with Heston..he's so GAY and number two...what happened to her old bf? Hmm oh well..I guess the idea of them both will take a while to get used to =P (shudders). Anyway it was a good catchup and I had my all time beloved pudding milk tea with egg pudding =D So happy.
Friday...work was super busy again...when will this Target sale end I wonder. Mel invited me to her sisters Hen's night...not sure if i will go..I don't particularly want to see male strippers anytime soon. She gave me a chuckle though...silly Mel. Luckily work went by fast...I was just excited to get home. Bf and me went and watched Confessions of Shopaholic at Carousel where I paid $7 for a bag of maltesers...die! So expensive, but we ate them lovingly. The cinema we were in was dominated by pretty much all girls...poor dorky...but he seemed to enjoy the movie though! He actually LOLed alot of times. Good job. The movie itself was pretty funny...Isla Fisher suits comedies I think. The movie kind of makes me want to shop now...maybe I will early next week hehehe.
Saturday...I spent the morning doing nothing in particular, just relaxing and playing Neopets =D We ate at Bamboo...it tasted exactly like Taurus! Which means, Taurus must taste differently now. I'm not sure if we will ever go back there...it's so different now...in a bad taste way. We then went back to dorky's where we watched TV before we headed out to Northbridge for Calvin's birthday. He wanted to have dinner at Hana BBQ...yumyum! Good choice. We waited for ages for a table upstairs, on the balcony...Calvin was being way difficult and wanted those particular seats...but they weren't good...very tight and we faced a wall..oh well, I guess I can't complain against the birthday boy's wishes! Upstairs was very full, but to our relief, still had plenty of food. Yum, I loved the dessert the best...Tiramisu, jelly and cheesecake nomnoms. Thank you Calvin for treating us =D I went home and was too full to sleep so chatted online for ages...it was a good catchup with friends. I went to sleep feeling a bit bleh though...
Now it's Sunday...decided not to do anything today but homely things..hooray! DS, Neopets, clean room again, watch TV! funfunfun. My parents leave on Saturday...I'm starting to feel a bit sad about it...but I hope they have a really safe and fun time =D
