OK, so last Thursday I was home resting and had no work. The next day, which was Friday, I did have work! It felt weird going in..everyone was fussing over me, like I had been away for a month or something. It might have been because Mary was sick with the flu, so I was there to save the day again! Hmm I wonder what my boss would do if I suddenly quit and got another job...maybe that could happen soon? Oh and that lazy aunty came back to work...boohoo! I can't remember if I did anything on Friday night...probably not, I'm not cool enough.
On Saturday, I had work again. I haven't worked on a Saturday for such a long time..I almost forgot how busy it got...good thing it was only a once off. I had to do takeway and it was mad busy..I don't like! Also, dorky and me missed out on going to the gym because he wasn't feeling well, poor dorky =( He picked me up after work and we browsed Woolies a bit, I bought some ingredients for baking! At night, we met up with Jas and Adrian for some Taurus food. It was busy when we got in, but when we started eating out lor mee, combination seafood maifun soup and laksa...the crowd died down. It's odd, Taurus isn't that busy anymore, maybe it's because the owner's changed? But, the food tasted the same to me! After dinner, we peeked inside Yuki and spied Ama working hehehe, she looked shocked lol! Too bad she couldn't come out with us =( After that, we went to Carousel to watch Terminator Salvation...ahem, it wasn't the best movie. The 2hour movie felt like a 3 hour one and dorky yawned all the way through it. I thought the movie was a bit boring, too much darkness and talking! Haha and Arnie made a computerised appearance, how gay. After the movie, we were all so tired and sleepy that we just went home.
On Sunday, even though dorky was still sick...we went to Harbour Town. There were sales everywhere, as in double the sales due to stocktake. It was bad, very bad...I ended up spending money again =( I didn't even buy shoes, which was my goal for the day...sigh. I need new flats!! Must work and earn back all that money. I ended up buying 6 items, whilst dorky only bought 1..boohoo. We then got really hungry so we decided to go to NB for some lunch, but got stuck in the carpark for 20-30 minutes, it was so stupid! All because of roadworks. We made it to Tra Vihn all annoyed from the stupid carpark...luckily our food came out fast and the food tasted so good..I love pho so much! yumyumyum!! At night I watched an anime called Grave of the Fireflies...it was so sad! I cried heaps...very emotional story set in war times in Japan...watch it!
On Monday, I made a checklist of chores to do for myself. I did everything on it and even had time to bake! At night, dorky and me went gymming...ah it felt good to run, I felt my chest tighten though...stupid cough won't go away! After we had dinner and showered, we ventured out again for bbt with the girls! We had a really long convo about jobs and careers, it was amazing! haha, we were discussing how dodgy Yuki was and the workers there suck apparently. Hmm next time we eat there, we'll give the owner trouble hehehe! All that talking about jobs made me want to get a better temporary job, maybe Burswood?! ooh ah! Well I hope things get better for Jen and Ama =) What else did we talk about? A bit about the S's, one of them smokes now, like we all said last night...we are not surprised! Got home at 11, so late, I almost KOed straightaway!
Today is now Tuesday, work day! The shopping centre was very quiet...we don't know why. There was quite a lot of staff on today as well, so my boss made me do stocktake on the drinks...it was annoying! But I guess a good change from serving customers. The time went really fast as well =D Now I'm home relaxing, my mum made really good tuna patties, the best I've ever tasted...wow she's starting to cook more western foods =D Hooray...ok shower time!
